Our company is currently looking for Sinhalese native speakers.

The work will involve reviewing vocabulary lists, ranking words according to common frequency of use, noting errors, suggesting new words for this list, and providing analysis based on knowledge of grammar, vocabulary and syntax. You may also be creating and translating typical text messages entered on a cell phone.

The work will be done on the Consultant?s computer. Applicants must have a PC with Windows XP, MSOffice XP or 2003 or higher (including Word, Excel and Access, if possible), as well as internet availability.

All candidates:

- must speak and write Sinhala as their first and native tongue
- must have lived in a region within the last five years where Sinhala is spoken
- must be able to converse in written and spoken English
